Hellmann's Smokin' Succulent Grilled Pork Chops

1 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. chipotle chili powder
8 pork chops

Blend first five ingredients. Reserve 1/2 cup; set aside. Grill pork, brushing with 1/2 cup of mixture until done. Serve with reserved 1/2 cup.

Submitted by Lyndsey: We love to eat this with corn on the cob and fresh fruit. It's also good with the Fresh Salsa recipe below and some tortilla chips. It is such a good and fast summer meal.

Fresh Salsa
1 11oz can corn drained
1 cup chopped cilantro (I use half)
1/2 cup chopped red onion
3-5 Roma tomatoes chopped
1 jalapeno seeded and chopped (wear latex gloves while touching)
1 red bell pepper chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
1 11oz can black beans, drained
2 large avocados

Dressing
1 Tbsp salt
3/4 tsp cumin
6 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp Cider vinegar

Serve with Tortilla chips.

This looks fantastic! I'm going to make it Friday and I'll let you know how it goes! I hope I can use a different brand of mayonnaise, since I don't have Hellmans.

I made these for dinner last night and they were delicious! I think the sauce would be great with chicken or over vegetables as well. Next time I'll try to make the salsa, but I didn't have chips this time so I didn't bother. This will definitely be added to my regular rotation, though. Yum!

I made this at the beginning of the month and forgot to post about it!!

I really liked the sauce. The lime and cilantro really stood out to me and the hint of the chili powder was the perfect touch.

My kids ate it right up. I haven't made the salsa yet but I plan to this weekend. YUM!

We made this a couple of weeks ago. It was really good and the salsa was fantastic. I have made a similar salsa before but this one was so good. We've actually made it twice we liked it so much.
