6-8 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
2 medium pears, chopped
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped pecans
8 slices thick-cut bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
4-6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
T. Marzetti salad dressing
Newman's Own Light
On a large platter, combine the lettuce, pears, cranberries, pecans, bacon and feta cheese. Drizzle generously with poppy seed dressing, followed by some of the balsamic vinaigrette. (I use about 1 cup of dressing with 70 percent poppy seed to 30 percent balsamic vinaigrette.)

I keep trying to find a time to make this salad, but there just doesn't seem to be the perfect day for it. Maybe after this baby comes?! Sounds super yummy.
We had this tonight for dinner and it was quite good. I never would have thought of mixing the dressings together but it was delicious. The kids liked the pears, bacon, and Craisins, and it was easy to throw together. Very good overall.
